Bio-´chimney´ sauna (approx. 55 degrees at 50% humidity)

This soft sauna protects the bloodstream and let you forget the daily
routine with fragrances of woods in a really cosy atmosphere.
The mild-humid climate helps to clear the respiratory tract especially
if you get a slight cold, relaxes the muscles, strengthens the immune
system and regenerates the mind.

Resting time approx. 20 minutes.

Finnish sauna (approx. 80 degrees at 5% to 10% humidity)

This typical Finnish sauna increases the general well-being, puts body andmind in balance and strengthens the circulation as well as the immune system.
The healthy sweating can be boosted by pouring water over heated rocks!

Resting time from approx. 10 to 15 minutes.

The bio-sauna and the Finnish sauna help you to purge the body softly.

Gemstonesteam bath (approx. 45 degrees at 100% humidity)

The highhumidity plus the addition of essential oils is beneficial in asthma, Bronchitis, catarrh of the upper respiratory tract, coughing and hoarseness and contributes to the relief of rheumatic diseases.
The steam bath is also recommended for insomnia, circulatory disorders, muscle tension and slightly depressive moods.
